RICHARD GARRETT – FOUNDING MEMBERRichard Garrett

“the namesake of “RG” – Richard grew up in Baker City, OR and moved to the Vancouver area in his early 20’s.
After 20+ years in the trades and working in construction management for other builders, Richard founded RG in 2009. A true “construction nerd” – Richard really enjoys the science of how a building goes together- especially here in the rainy Pacific NW. He enjoys meeting new people and building great projects and relationships with our clients! When he’s not busy at work he enjoys time with Beth and the family, projects around the house and fishing & hunting when time allows.

JEFF MARSH – GENERAL MANAGER

Jeff Marsh – joins RG as our General Manager to help the team navigate and streamline as we continue to grow.  Jeff comes from a background of many years in multiple facets of Construction Management and enjoys the challenge of streamlining and improving efficiency with his teams.  Jeff grew up in rural Clark County and graduated from BGHS.  Away from the office he enjoys spending time with family, fishing, hunting, and his favorite vacation is any warm, sunny beach!

BETH GARRETT – CONTROLLERBeth Garrett

Beth was raised in the foothills of Hockinson and is still a small town gal at heart.
Beth gets to do all the fun stuff – like paperwork, accounting, risk & insurance. After 15+ years in the accounting field working for other construction related companies – Beth helped Richard start RG, and has worked in various roles, as the company has grown. She also really enjoys working with clients to build great projects, and the relationships we have built over the years; but as a mom to 4 young children, her role is mostly “behind the scenes” now. Away from the office – she is a busy mom to 4 fun kiddos and enjoys learning about natural, healthy living & getting back in shape after 4 kids in her 30’s!

RYAN CHEYNE – SUPERINTENDENT

Ryan Cheyne joins RG as a Field Foreman. Born in Battle Ground, raised in Southern Oregon- Ryan has returned to the local area with his own family to put down roots. He has worked in Construction and management nearly all his adult life. He loves to see a good challenge through to the end and the reward of a happy client or special community projects. Outside of work Ryan enjoys being active – he is a certified personal trainer and loves lifting weights with his fiancé and chasing around his 7 year old son!

NICK PERSHALL – SUPERINTENDENT

Nick comes from quite a few years of commercial construction. He loves building relationships with clients. Nick loves being part of a team that is driven and personable and likes to have with what we do. His goals are to meet the needs of clients, help the team in any he can, and build cool stuff! Nick was born and raised in the pacific northwest. In his free time he loves to spend time with his wife and his new son! Their favorite place to go is their family beach house. Nick and his family’s favorite vacation spot is Maui. Nick’s hobbies include working in his shop on hot rods and 4X4’s.

ABE WERBER– PROJECT CONSULTANT

Abe has many years’ experience in project and design consulting and has chosen to come out of retirement and join RG as a project consultant because he missed his passion of helping people make their home dreams come true! He spends his free time with his 3 children, 5 grandchildren and wife of 52 years. He travels often and has been to 64 countries and 40 states. Abe was born in Poland, raised in New York City and lived in Southern California for many decades.  He also enjoys reading and watching sports.

AMANDA SOLBERG – PM ASSISTANT

Amanda recently relocated to the local area and comes with many years of construction PM assistant experience. She enjoys working in a close team environment and watching the projects be built from start to finish and meeting new people along the way! In her spare time she likes to do just about anything outdoors – from camping with the family, spending the day at a lake or beach – or just taking a walk in a new place!

ANDREW RINEHART – PM ASSISTANT

After being raised in Anchorage, AK, Andrew attended the University of Idaho and obtained a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Communications. While at school, he met his wife, and they put down their roots here in the area. After earning his degree, he entered the health and fitness industry and has since transferred into the construction world to explore his passion for both managing teams and projects. He enjoys working with people from all different backgrounds and is happy to now be serving RG’s clients. Andrew spends his free time running, playing sports, woodworking and having quality family time with his wife and two kids.

DANA LEVANEN – DESIGNER / CLIENT RELATIONS MANAGERDana_Levanen

Born & raised in Detroit, MI – Dana relocated to Battle Ground when she married her husband and has raised her family here. She is a certified Designer, and worked at RG as our first in-house designer in 2019-2020. She took a year off during the Covid crazy, and re-joins the RG team as our “Client Relations Manager”- keeping in touch and up to date with our clients through the design process. We all missed her friendly, cheery face and she loves this new role as RG continues to grow and hone our client experience! Outside of work – Dana likes to spend time with her husband, six kids and 5 extra cute grand-kiddos, bake/cook and be a home-maker.

ABBY LIPKA – DESIGN ADMIN

Abby joined RG in early 2020 as our general admin assistant – she quickly impressed the team and our clients with her positive, helpful attitude, dedication and professionalism! Abby’s dream job was to join the design team which she is now enrolled in design courses and serves as the design admin. Abby is a newlywed and when she’s not at work she enjoys going to the lake to wake surf and soak up the sun! She also loves to travel abroad and her favorite place so far is London.

JOSIE HENDRICKSON – DESIGN ADMIN

Josie joins the growing RG design team as a design admin – helping to facilitate and keep the project selections organized. Josie grew up in Palmer, Alaska but loves her new “home” here in Washington!
In her short time at RG so far – her favorite thing is the people she works with! Josie says the effort, care and time her team puts into each and every client is amazing to see! She is enjoying learning a new career and excited for her future with RG. Away from work – the majority of her free time is spent with her family & friends! Additionally, she loves camping, hiking and photography!

BILL SANDSTROM – CAD DRAFTER

Bill Sandstrom – joins our growing design team as a CAD drafter! Bill has worked in a few different industries but followed his calling into the architectural/design world! He enjoys the technical and creative challenges that come with his job. When he’s not working he likes to catch up on his reading, working out and playing hockey!

DANA RICKETTS – ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR

Dana joins our team as the Administrative Coordinator with many years of operational admin experience. She is an integral part of the team helping to assist all departments deliver to our clients! She enjoys visiting with our clients about their projects and assist in getting the ball rolling. Outside of work she loves spending time with family and friends, playing with her pets, fishing, camping and horseback riding!

AMANDA HEDGE – ACCOUNTING

Amanda Hedge joins RG as our new bookkeeper. She is responsible for the day to day bookkeeping and project costing. She loves working with the RG team and the variety of tasks and how each day is a little different. In her personal time she enjoys being with family and friends, exploring the Pacific NW, reading and crafting!
